Our Story

Built by people who
were once
invisible themselves.

Galf Conseil was founded on a simple conviction: the most valuable people in any organization are rarely the most visible ones. The employees who hold teams together, carry institutional knowledge, extend the company's reach through their relationships, and advance its mission without a title change or a press release — these are the people who define what an organization actually is.

And they are systematically undervalued by every performance system built in the last fifty years.

Galf Conseil exists to change that. We work with leadership teams to surface, measure, and retain the contributors their own systems cannot see. Our work is grounded in the belief that organizational value is fundamentally human — and that measuring it requires a fundamentally different approach.

The name Galf Conseil carries two family names — Garnier and Lombard — and reflects the firm's founding conviction: that the most enduring value is built across generations, through relationships, and by people who show up in ways that don't fit neatly into a spreadsheet.

Human-first measurement

We believe performance data is a starting point, not a conclusion. Real value lives in the spaces between the metrics — and that's exactly where we work.

Organizational honesty

We tell leadership what their systems can't. That requires a commitment to honest diagnosis over comfortable reporting. We are not in the business of confirming what organizations already believe about themselves.

Discretion as infrastructure

The work we do involves sensitive decisions about people and organizations. Confidentiality is not a policy for us — it is the foundation of every engagement we take.

Equity in evaluation

Traditional metrics have always advantaged the visible, the vocal, and the credentialed. EIS was built to surface contribution regardless of title, tenure, or traditional performance standing.
